Congratulations to our partner, the Victoria Theater Arts Center, on officially paying off its mortgage 14 years after the community stepped in to save it from demolition! The organization builds community power by providing a creative home that incubates the arts and amplifies the voices of all people in the Frogtown and Rondo areas.
