Most recently serving as the appointed Administrator of the Bloomington Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), Aarica is a dedicated leader with a proven track record of galvanizing teams around a shared passion and commitment of racial equity. We are honored that she has chosen to share her expertise with the team at Land Bank.
