Land Bank purchased this commercial property in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood of St. Paul in order to prevent the potential displacement of the Indigenous Roots Cultural Arts Center. This strategic acquisition allowed the nonprofit to remain in its current location with a three-year resale agreement. Land Bank also provided technical assistance for property management.
